Orient Cement is on its expansion phase and we are looking forward to
young dynamic students to join and grow with us. We are offering the
position of Management trainee (MBA Batch of 2013 pass-out) in Finance ,
Sales and Marketing and Human Resources. We will be providing 1 year
cross-functional training to the Management trainees where they will be
groomed to take up higher positions in the future and be our leadership
pipeline.

The procedure for application would be:


  1.  The students have to generate their account on Freshersworld.com and

  1.  The students with 60% and above in their academics throughout will
be shortlisted.
  2.  The shortlisted students will be sent call letters from
Freshersworls.com and called to Hyderabad for a recruitment drive.
  3.  The Recruitment drive will consist : i) Online test(Aptitude +
Psychometric)  ii) Group Discussion  iii) Personal Interview
  4.  All the rounds will be elimination rounds
